Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do I need to exercise? No. I’ve had people lose +40kg without formal exercise. I generally refuse to discuss it until you’ve lost the first 10kg. Walking is my preferred option early on as it doesn’t spike hunger.

  2. What if I’m vegetarian? I’ve coached a bunch of plant based clients before, and Filling Meals does work for this, but for this challenge the meals aren’t suitable. So, it’s probably not a good fit if your vegetarian.

  3. Can I really lose 10kg in 10 Weeks? Great question! It really depends on your starting weight. If you are over 100kg I expect you to. My 74 year old Dad lost the first 10kg in 7 weeks starting at 125kg. If you are below 80kg then its more likely you’ll lose 5-10kg.

  4. How does 1-1 Coaching work? I send you short videos on WhatsApp, so it’s more of 1-1 coaching vibe. It’s ideal for clients who need more accountability, or want a bit more input around mindset.
