KEFIR BOWL
This is a gut health meal. It’s specifically designed to provide you some with prebiotic and probiotic to help your gut flora thrive. Rather than go with straight kefir I’ve mixed it with yogurt to bump the protein and keep the cost down a little.

Time : 15 minutes + overnight
Nut : 500 kcal, 515g, 22% protein, 10g fibre Fullness : 8/10
INGREDIENTS
150g greek yogurt (5%)
150g of kefir yogurt
150g of mixed berries
50 grams of raspberries
10 grams of mixed seeds
1 tsp of honey
Cinnamon
METHOD
1. Add your yogurt and kefir to a bowl and give them a mix together.
2. Blend your mixed berries and then mix them into the yogurt (you could just stack them on top)
3. Finish with raspberries, seeds, honey and cinnamon
To be honest, you can top this however you want. Just aim to add fibre in the form of berries or other fruit. I think the cinnamon and honey really add to it. Frozen berries are great as they keep and are much cheaper.
